THE COUTURE BALL RUNWAY is a celebration of breathtaking fashion. A night where couture, theatre and pure escapism collide. Inspired by Lady Elizabeth Smith’s legendary 1887 Fancy Dress Ball held at the grand Adelaide Town Hall, the evening reawakens one of South Australia’s most glamorous moments, bringing together South Australian couturiers alongside some of Australia’s most celebrated.
For one unforgettable night, Adelaide is invited to surrender to the fantasy: and encourage everyone to get gowned up, dress with abandon and celebrate couture in all its glorious excess. More than a runway, The Couture Ball is an invitation to become part of the spectacle a modern-day fashion ball celebrating imagination, glamour and the enduring magic of dressing up.

Important Information
- Doors to Adelaide Town Hall will open at 7:00pm, one and a half hours before your show begins.
- Runway will commence at 8:30pm sharp and run for 30 minutes.
- Drinks available for purchase at the venue. As food will not be available, we encourage guests to enjoy one of the many excellent restaurants nearby before or after the event. Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- The bar will close at 10:30pm, one and a half hours after the runway concludes.
